What is Roba by Nika?

Roba by Nika is a fashion rental service offering unique, gently used clothing items, many worn only once or less. Our mission is to share one-of-a-kind fashion pieces with the world in a sustainable way, allowing others to style them in their unique way.

What makes Roba by Nika unique?

As a fashion lover and frequent traveler, I hand-pick pieces from around the world to share with you. One of my favorite things is seeing how my friends style my clothes in new and creative ways. Through Roba by Nika, I want to give you the same opportunity to express your style with curated pieces.

How does Roba by Nika promote sustainability?

At Roba by Nika, we believe in extending the life of clothing and reducing fashion waste. By renting rather than purchasing, you help reduce the demand for fast fashion, which often leads to excessive production and discarded garments. Our gently used items get a second (or third) life, lowering the environmental impact while keeping your wardrobe fresh and unique.

Are the items new or used?

All items are gently used, and many have been worn only once or not at all. Every item is thoroughly cleaned before and after each rental to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

How long is the rental period?

Our rental periods are available in 6, 8, or 10-day options, which include both shipping to and from you. If you need more time, you may request an extension up to a total rental period of 14 days by contacting us.

What happens if I return the item late?

If you return an item after the agreed-upon rental period, a late fee of $20 per day will be charged. If the item is not returned within 14 days, you will be charged the original retail price of the item plus a restocking fee.

What if the item doesn't fit?

If the item doesn't fit, you can return it unworn within 24 hours for a partial refund of 75% of the rental fee. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item?

We provide pre-paid USPS shipping labels with every order. Simply pack the item in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off.

What if I damage the item?

Minor wear and tear are expected, but if an item is returned with significant damage (such as permanent stains or major tears), a minimum restocking fee of $200 will be charged. The fee may be subject to increase depending on the damage and original value of the item.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment without penalty. If the item has already been shipped, no refunds will be given.

How do you ensure the items are clean?

We take hygiene very seriously. All items are professionally cleaned before and after every rental to ensure you receive them in the best condition possible.
